Adsy at brightonSEO! Here’s How It Went

Adsy Tutorials & News

This spring, Adsy was a Premium Sponsor of brightonSEO. It is one of the biggest search conferences. We enjoyed the mix of inspiring talks, training courses, and networking activities. It was great to connect with so many people and discuss the changes in the industry in the AI-search era.

We’ve prepared cozy branded coffee points for participants. We also sponsored the official party with a Matrix theme. It was a memorable event that we would like to present in detail.

What is brightonSEO?

The conference took place at Brighton Centre and brought a wonderful experience. It is one of those events that helps to understand modern SEO, improve the strategy, and build meaningful connections.

The topics covered included organic discoverability, AI search reality check, GEO experiments, content strategy, overcoming AI slop, the new rules of Google ads, digital PR, and community building. These talks push the industry forward and help adapt the strategy to the new AI search world.

Who was on stage?

The April 2026 lineup was really strong. Among speakers were leading voices of the industry.

We would like to admit some of the most interesting talks.

Aleyda Solis, SEO Consultant and Founder of Orainti, presented one of the most relevant topics at the event. Her session explained the changes in SEO metrics. Aleyda also explained how to measure success in the new era.

Alex Moss, Principal SEO at Yoast, explained the evolution of search intent and discoverability.

Greg Gifford, COO of SearchLab, was also part of the lineup. Greg is known for making even the driest SEO topics fun and engaging.

One talk that stood out was from Inyene Udom, website conversion strategist. Inyene's talk focused on the invisible traffic gaps on websites that hurt conversion, even when SEO is strong. Inyene explained the critical importance of clarity, CTA placement, and why the user leaves in the first 5-10 seconds.

We actually had the chance to sit down with Inyene before the conference for a full episode of the Adsy Talks podcast. We talked about why traffic goes up, but leads stay flat, and what AI is changing user behaviour on landing pages. You can watch the full episode on our official YouTube channel.

The main theme across all talks confirms that AI isn't the future of search anymore. It’s the present. It's already reshaping how people discover and decide, and why the industry needs to adapt right now.

Coffee, a Matrix Party, and everything in between

Our sponsor involvement included two main parts.

We hosted branded coffee points at the venue. It was a special place where attendees could grab a coffee and take a breath between sessions. There were our stands and flyers, so everyone could read something new about Adsy and get acquainted with our products.

Also, we’ve prepared printed flyers for participants, which offer them to choose their own path in the world of link building:

Don’t forget about your bonus! If you grab your flyer at the event and it's still sitting in your bag — this is your sign. You could scan it, sign up, and get a $50 bonus to start building links your way.

Our coffee corner was a place where people actually slowed down, met each other, and discussed modern SEO.

Also, Adsy was a sponsor of the official brightonSEO party. We decided to prepare something special and bring the Matrix theme to the party. The reason we choose it is not only about 90s aesthetics and nostalgia. This topic has a deeper meaning. We compare SEO with Matrix, which has the rules, and only chosen specialists can break them and go to the new reality.

A few words to add about our beloved mascot, Eddie the Owl. He was the hero of the party, appeared on every screen, and bring the good mood for every participant.

What do people like the most? The Matrix photo wall. It was a fun zone where attendees could awaken their inner Neo and take a photo dramatically avoiding bad backlinks.

We took care of the costume and accessories. It was one of the funniest corners. And people kept coming back for the creative photo.

The atmosphere was wonderful, and the Adsy brand was right in the middle of it. Sponsoring such events creates positive associations. It also reminds us that SEO isn’t boring. It connects talented and cheerful people who changed the future of search together.

Why Adsy supports events like this

Events like brightonSEO push the industry forward. We want to be in the center of the SEO community and share our experience. Such events help us meet in person and discuss how search is changing. It’s not just about putting a logo somewhere. We build real relationships and show that Adsy is a serious, active player in this industry.

Eddie's Big Brighton Adventure

Our special star guest Eddie, made the whole video about his trip to Brighton .

He made a great journey from Delaware to Brighton. Spent some time on the beach, running away from seagulls, meeting our guests at the coffee points, and collecting a lot of SEO insights. Also, Eddie had a great time at the Matrix party and returned home full of energy. Now he is preparing for the next event.

Outcomes of participation

We are proud to be in the center of such events. We hope our coffee point created real human moments for many participants. And the Matrix party brings us a memorable brand presence.

Thanks so much to the organisers for their hard work and amazing atmosphere. We are proud to be a part of such events, help the SEO community discover new ideas, and adapt to the new search reality!
